Victor Gotevbe, publisher, Diplomatic Watch

As co-founder of Rogers & Associates alongside the late journalist and author Warren Rogers, she helped organize seminars, symposiums, and exchanges ranging from journalism in developing democracies to the role of art education in free societies.

Through Alla Rogers Gallery, founded in 1990, she introduced contemporary Eastern European and post-Soviet art to American audiences while curating hundreds of exhibitions and artist exchanges.

An accomplished artist herself, she has exhibited internationally, including at the National Fine Art Museum of Ukraine in Kyiv. She continues her work in consulting, curating, appraisals, cultural tourism, collection development, and writing. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, she brings a deeply international perspective to Diplomatic Watch Magazine.

Her contribution to Diplomatic Watch Magazine will further deepen conversations surrounding cultural diplomacy, international understanding, and the enduring influence of the arts in global society, Diplomatic Watch LLC.
